Toni McLelland • Managing Director
I thrive off a challenge and like navigating complex situations however I like nothing better than getting stuck into a project where I empower leaders who in turn flourish and get results.
I’m used to navigating in crisis or change situations having worked on London riots, the Stephen Lawrence enquiry, consulting and delivering diversity training to the Metropolitan Police, Grenfell, critical incidents as well as MOPAC and multi-million pound feasibility initiatives for the Mayor of London. With a background in central government spanning over 30 years across local authorities, the Home Office and the Ministry of Justice I am no stranger to large scale situations and programmes.
With an interest in behaviour learning and supporting those providing services for the most vulnerable groups and having had experience across all sectors I share over 30 years of wisdom with you. I have sufficient experience to lead my team to develop and support your services. I am a compassionate leader who uses DEI and compassionate approaches to get sustainable results.
In my spare time I am a lover of netball, previously playing, coaching and tutoring with numerous clubs and netball academies in London. I have invested much time in developing local and regional initiatives and I have a large portfolio of successful netball clubs that I have assisted.
The way I deliver is unique – engaging and empowering – I enjoy inspiring others and creating an enjoyable learning experience, I have been referred to as ”fairy dust personified” and relish making an impact, adding real value and making a difference to many. I enjoy my time between the city and the country whilst remotely serving international clients.
