This director felt stagnant in their growth. Their earning was not reflective of their experience, knowledge, and efforts. We assisted with giving them purpose and direction, revamping their CV and biography, positioning them for interviews and gave tips with focus on impact. This client had been trying to register a charity for 18 months and had been knocked back several times- with our intervention working with the trustees and implementing required due diligence for compliance charity registration was achieved within 8 weeks This is what they said -

This PLC client was rapidly losing money, they were in crisis and help was needed. After undertaking a review of the finances, it was discovered within 2 weeks that there was in excess of 1 million pounds of uncharged occupancy fees.
Also, staff payments and overuse of agency staff was identified as additional major contributory factors totalling £300,000. A remedial action plan was put in place to salvage the service post claiming occupancy fees due. This is what they said -
